The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers
We are the trade body for the growing global serviced apartment/ aparthotel sector, working to raise the profile of this relatively unknown offering. Since the pandemic, travellers have increasingly seen the benefit of in-room kitchen facilities and no daily interruption for housekeeping, as well as space for working and flexible long-stay options. The ASAP Marque represents only providers who have signed our Code of Conduct to operate high-standard accommodation ethically and transparently. They join a collaborative, quality-focused community of providers, suppliers and corporate buyers. Membership includes networking, representation with media and policy makers, and sharing of best practice, innovation and ideas on challenges including sustainability, development and staffing, under our three guiding pillars of People, Planet and Principles. ASAP Members from 25 countries range from those offering six apartments in a single UK location to multinational providers operating across continents. We are proud to be the conduit between them all.
